To subscribe its easy! Simply add to your basket and check out like normal. This will subscribe you to the box and payment will come out automatically on the 1st of each month once you receive your first box.

Shipping to the UK including NI & Scotland is free with our boxes! Yes free! If you are in Europe or the US, the rate is determined by the weight of that months box. Our courier for the box is Royal Mail.

Payment is taken on the 1st of each month for reoccurring orders and then your products are made fresh to order. We start making that months box around the 5th and then delivery is around the 15th but give or take a few days depending on the location & delivery times.

Anyone can purchase the box, however this box is designed towards professionals of the grooming industry and may include product's that aren't suitable for all coat types and that are a little bit more coat specific.

Payment will be taken right away for the first box to confirm the subscription with your bank.

This payment sits as credit on your account and you'll essentially skip the "First" payment date which will be the 1st of the following month.

Monthly payments will start on the 1st of each month after you've received your first box, unless cancelled.

Great Question! Every month is different and has a different theme to fit that month/season. The June box has 6 items varying from 100ml - 500ml in size where as the July box has only 5 items varying from 50ml - 1kg. No two boxes will be the same and will explore different products & different ingredients.

Each box will be dispatched around the 15th of the month. You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch & manufacture of your box.

No. We want our customers to get the full benefit from all the products that we send out each month, so if you need more time then you can pause/cancel your monthly payments at any time.
